Introduction To MaterialsPhosphate ores are mostly produced in sedimentary rocks, but also in metamorphic rocks and igneous rocks. Except in some cases, phosphorus in minerals always exists in the form of orthophosphate. The main mineral of phosphorus is apatite. Phosphorus is an important chemical raw material and a necessary element for the growth of crops. A large amount of phosphorus for industrial use needs to be extracted from phosphate ore for the production of yellow phosphorus, red phosphorus, phosphoric acid, phosphate fertilizer and phosphate.
Material Handling ProcessThe bulk phosphate ore is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher or the movable jaw crushing station (primary breaking) for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder through the silo.
After the coarse crushed phosphate ore is screened through the vibrating screen, it is sent by the belt conveyor to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (second breaking) for medium crushing.
The crushed phosphate ore is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.
